The Collective will offer a variety of studio concepts, including Cycling, Strength, HIIT, Mobility, and Sauna & Cold Water Therapy, all within the same community. With so many options, you’ll never get bored and you’ll always find the perfect workout for your fitness goals.

Performance based Programming consists of specially designed workouts that are tailored to provide incredible strength and lean muscle results. You’ll have access to a variety of programs such as STRONG & Lean, POWER BUILDING, Functional Bodybuilding, Compound Strength, and more, all incorporated into our group strength workout.

We will no longer be offering Semi-Private sessions on our schedule at The Collective. However, Private Coaching sessions are still available, and you can also form your own small group of 2-3 people. You’ll still have access to the same amazing programs as the Semi-Private sessions, with the main differences being a time cap and more people in the group. Don’t worry though, our knowledgeable coaches will make sure everyone receives the attention and support they need to achieve their fitness goals.

Sauna & Cold Water Therapy has numerous health benefits, including improved insulin sensitivity, faster recovery from injury, increased longevity, improved muscle development, reduced inflammation, boosted immune system, improved circulation, enhanced athletic performance, and improved overall sleep quality.
