Felicia is known for being a big “feels” rider, intertwining mind and soul connection with the movement on the bike. She believes that the internal moments discovered while pushing through physical challenges transcend into something greater—a symbol of the strength and beliefs we carry into our day-to-day lives. Having discovered her own identity through the power of these moments, she conducts many of her classes with a MIND, BODY, SOUL approach, leaving you more radiant as you walk out than when you walked in.

Whitney is a passionate cycle coach with a rhythm that moves more than pedals. With five years of experience, she discovered her love for cycling as a rider before steering others through energetic classes. Beyond the studio, Whitney is a devoted mother to her 12-year-old daughter, inspiring empowerment through her own pursuits.
When she’s not in the saddle, Whitney embraces the outdoors with a mountain bike as her trusty companion.
